Vermouth
La Copa Reserva
La Copa Reserva is born from the very same historic recipe brought back from our 1896 archives, here finding a new dimension in the richness of our Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez soleras. A vermouth of serene yet complex character: purely Jerez.
More time, more character, more Jerez.
Variety: Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez soleras, with an average age of 9 years.
Alcohol Content: 18% Vol.
Appearance: Deep, bright mahogany in colour, a reflection of its age and complexity.
Nose: Elegant and enveloping. Notes of cinchona and bitter orange melt into the nuances brought by its ageing in casks seasoned with Oloroso, giving rise to an intense profile, full of personality.
Palate: Broad, balanced and persistent. On the palate, it confirms its Sherry character, with a silky texture and a long finish that invites you to take your time.
Served well chilled, on its own or over ice, it revives the pleasure of a classic vermouth. It also shines in mixed drinks, where its depth and aromatic richness bring a new dimension to any aperitif.
