Can I stay at the hotel if I am traveling with family?

With the exception of the Junior Suite and the Tío Pepe Presidential Suite, all of our rooms are double occupancy. For this reason, if you are traveling with three or more guests, it is necessary to request cribs or extra beds in advance, as we cannot always guarantee their availability.

Cribs: Available upon request for children aged 0 to 2, free of charge.
Extra beds for children under 13: €30/night surcharge, breakfast included.
Extra beds for guests aged 13 and over: €50/night surcharge, breakfast included.

In the event of any discrepancy regarding the number of guests or their ages that results in a rate adjustment, you will be properly informed and the corresponding difference will be applied to your final bill.

What time can I access my room on the day of arrival?

Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

What time must I vacate the room on the day of departure?

Hotel check-out is by 12:00 PM.

Can I vacate my room past the standard check-out time?

If you require a later departure, please check with our reception team. They will inform you of the available possibilities depending on hotel occupancy.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?

Yes. Our bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, a magnifying mirror, a space heater, a heated towel rail, and complimentary welcome toiletries.

Do you offer rooms with a private terrace?

Yes, several of our accommodations, including the Superior Junior Suite, boast a spacious terrace. Furthermore, we have rooms that look out over the city, the Cathedral, and the Alcázar, while others are oriented toward our charming interior courtyards or the historic, two-century-old Tio Pepe Winery.

Do you accept pets?

We are unable to accommodate pets at our hotel, with the exception of service and guide dogs.

Is it permitted to smoke?

Smoking is permitted exclusively on room balconies, in the garden, and on private and communal terraces. The rest of the hotel is entirely smoke-free. In compliance with Law 7/2010 regulating the prohibition of smoking in public spaces, smoking is not allowed in rooms or indoor common areas. We highly appreciate our guests' cooperation in respecting these rules.
