ALFONSO
Alfonso is the boldest and most structured expression of dry Sherry. An Oloroso aged for a minimum of eight years in American oak casks, following the traditional criaderas and solera system, time, oak and Palomino Fino come together to shape a wine of unmistakable character.

Variety: 100% Palomino Fino.
Alcohol Content: 18% Vol.
Appearance: Deep in colour, hinting at its intensity, with highlights that reflect its time in oak.
Nose: Intense and warm. Pronounced aromas of walnuts, accompanied by toasted notes and balsamic, herbal nuances that evoke fine oak and dry woodland leaves.
Palate: Rich and structured, with remarkable length and a complex retronasal finish. A wine of strength, elegance and persistence.
Served well chilled in a traditional sherry copita or a tall wine glass, Alfonso’s character develops fully. The perfect companion to red meats, game and richly flavoured dishes, also pairs beautifully with slow-cooked meat stews, wild mushrooms and well-aged cheeses.
