Can I stay at the hotel if I am travelling with my family?
Yes. With the exception of our Classic Rooms, all room categories can accommodate families with an extra bed or a cot. Extra beds and cots must be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
For added comfort and space, we recommend our Tío Pepe Presidential Suite, which consists of two connecting rooms, each with its own private bathroom.
What time can I check in on the day of arrival?
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is until 12:00 noon.
Can I request a late check-out?
If you would like to extend your stay a little longer, please contact our Reception Team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Does the room include a hairdryer?
Yes. All bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, magnifying mirror, bathroom heater, heated towel rail and complimentary bathroom amenities.
Do you have rooms with a terrace?
Yes. Several of our rooms, including the Superior Junior Suite, feature a spacious private terrace. We also offer rooms overlooking the city, the Cathedral and the Alcázar, while others enjoy views of our peaceful interior courtyards or the historic Tío Pepe wineries.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted at the hotel. However, assistance dogs are welcome in accordance with applicable legislation.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is only permitted on room balconies, in the garden, and on the hotel's private and shared terraces. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or in any indoor public areas of the hotel, in accordance with Spanish smoke-free legislation. We kindly ask our guests to respect this policy.
