Born from the vineyards of Macharnudo and Carrascal, this Fino expresses the very best of our land through six years of biological ageing under flor, following the traditional criaderas and solera system in a solera comprising 139 casks of which only three are finally selected. Variety: 100% Palomino Fino
Alcohol content: 15.5% Vol.
Appearance: Straw yellow in colour with golden highlights, bright and crystal clear, with a delicate bead.
Palate: Fresh, saline and savoury. Balanced and persistent, with notes of hazelnut, green olives and lemon leading to a dry and subtly bitter finish.
Nose: Intense and pungent, shaped by flor. Notes of chalk, nuts and citrus intertwine with saline and mineral nuances.
Best served chilled in a fine crystal glass, makes an exceptional aperitif and a natural invitation to gather at the table. It shines alongside rice dishes, seafood stews and pasta, while complementing the bold, spiced flavours of Asian cuisine with remarkable ease.
