Vinos de Jerez
The frontier of Fino
Ten years under flor bring biological ageing to its peak. Tío Pepe Tres Palmas inhabits that delicate boundary between Fino and Amontillado, between vibrancy and transformation. Drawn from a single cask selected in the historic Bodega de la Constancia, it speaks to the very heart of our tradition.
Where Fino meets the extraordinary.
Variety: 100% Palomino Fino
Alcohol content: 16.1% Vol.
Appearance: Pale amber in colour, bright and luminous, with copper highlights. Its generous bead reflects its depth and structure.
Palate: Powerful and creamy. The finish is extraordinarily long, textured and subtly bitter, marking the delicate boundary between Fino and Amontillado.
Nose: Exceptionally complex and profound. Flor remains vividly present, accompanied by notes of fine wood, vanilla, chamomile, nuts, orange peel and a delicate hint of caramel.
Best served slightly below room temperature, it reveals its full intensity alongside richly flavoured dishes. Bluefin tuna, game meats and hearty stews find a worthy companion in Tres Palmas. This is not a wine that lingers in the background. It enters into conversation.
