Vinos de Jerez
Tío Pepe Fino en Rama
Tío Pepe is a character, an icon and, above all, a great wine. In this unfined and unfiltered form, it presents itself exactly as it emerges from the cellar: vibrant and authentic. Crafted exclusively from Palomino Fino grapes and aged under flor for a minimum of four years in American oak casks following the traditional criaderas and solera system, this is Fino in its purest form, where flor leaves its unmistakable mark and its character remains untouched.
Nothing added, nothing removed.
Variety: 100% Palomino Fino
Ageing: Biological ageing under flor for a minimum of four years
Method: Traditional criaderas and solera system
Alcohol content: 15% Vol.
Appearance: Pale golden in colour, bright, clean and luminous, like a liquid jewel.
Palate: Fresh, vibrant and enveloping. Creamy and persistent, with an intensity that reflects its living character.
Nose: Intense, expressive and pungent. Notes of sourdough, fresh almonds, apple, herbs and mineral nuances that evoke the albariza soils of Jerez.
