LEONOR
Aged for an average of 12 years in American oak casks, following the traditional criaderas and solera system, Leonor represents one of the most distinctive expressions to emerge from our cellars.
Leonor is Jerez’s effortless rebel. A Palo Cortado whose true nature has always been shrouded in mystery, on the nose, it recalls an Amontillado; on the palate, an Oloroso. Two worlds held in perfect balance.

Variety: 100% Palomino Fino
Alcohol Content: 20% Vol.
Appearance: Mahogany in colour with golden hues and amber-orange highlights that reflect its unique evolution.
Nose: Complex and harmonious. Notes characteristic of both Amontillado and Oloroso intertwine with hints of bitter orange and delicate buttery nuances.
Palate: Balanced and enveloping, with a powerful finish that carries across the palate with remarkable elegance.
Served well chilled in a traditional sherry copita or a tall wine glass, Leonor finds its ideal companion in intensely aged cheeses such as Cabrales, as well as white meats and fish. Its character is assertive yet refined, enhancing every flavour without ever losing its subtlety.
