Cristina is a Medium Sherry where balance and sweetness come together effortlessly. Seven years of ageing in American oak casks, following the traditional criaderas and solera system, shape a wine that is smooth, rounded and full of nuance.

Variety: 87% Palomino Fino, 13% Pedro Ximénez.
Alcohol Content: 17.5% Vol.
Appearance: Bright amber in colour, clean and luminous.
Nose: Clean, well-defined aromas with notes of raisins and oak, offering warm harmony.
Palate: Gently sweet and smooth, with a long, lingering finish.
