Alfonso 2/6 is born of silence and patience. An exceptional Oloroso, left to rest and almost forgotten, it has remained hidden in the darkness of the cellar for more than four decades. From six casks suspended in time, only one has been chosen to be bottled at its perfect moment. A wine beyond repetition, created for those who know how to wait.

Variety: 100% Palomino Fino.
Alcohol Content: 22% Vol.
From six casks aged in silence, only Casks No. 1 and No. 2 were selected after more than 40 years of patient ageing, giving rise to this Oloroso at the height of its expression.
Appearance: Deep golden amber in colour, bright and luminous.
Nose: Noble and enveloping, with aromas of aged oak and polished wood intertwining with notes of hazelnut and toasted oak.
Palate: Elegant, intense and impeccably composed. Broad and harmonious, with a finish that lingers long in both the palate and the memory.
Best enjoyed without distraction, either on its own or alongside dishes that do justice to its depth. Ideal with slow-cooked stews, wild mushrooms and aged cheeses, where every sip finds its place.
